Abstract

A conducted a factorial experiment according to the randomize complete block design and with three repetitions during the winter season (2025) at the Agricultural Research Station of the Faculty of Agriculture - The study influence of foliar spraying with four types of sea extracts and in four namely (Seaweed Extract at a concentration of 1 g/l), (Organic products at a concentration of 1.5 ml/L), (alga 600 at a concentration of 1.250 g/L), and (Combe one at a concentration of 1 g/l). estimation of some effective compounds of six genotypes of the black seed, namely (local, Turkish, Syrian, Indian, Pakistani, and Bengali). The results of the statistical analysis showed that the treatment with sea extracts was significantly superior, as the spraying treatment with sea extract (Alga 600) at a concentration of 1.250 g / L outperformed in the number of capsules per plant (9.03) capsules.plant-1 Nigellone (15.160)% p-cymene (17.255 )% oil percentage (39.533) % refractive index (1.522) specific density (0.9452). The genotypes (Indian) were distinguished by superiority in the number of capsules per plant (9.0 )capsules. plant-1, Nigellone (16.091)%, p-cymene (18.144)%, percentage of oil (39.837) %, specific density (0.961), genotype (Pakistan), and the number of seeds in the capsule (63.05) seeds. capsule-1, Weight of 1000 seeds (2.56) g, and refractive index (1.544). The interaction between the sea extract (Alga 600) with a concentration of 1.250 g/ L with genotype (Indian)was superior in the number of capsules per plant (13.8) capsule. plant-1 excels in all effective compounds and properties of the oil.
