Formation of a Sectoral Reserve of State Civil Servants Within the Ministry of Health System

Abstract

The article addresses the formation of a talent pool of state civil servants within the system of the Ministry of Health of the Republic of Uzbekistan in accordance with the principles of the ongoing reforms. The areas for differentiating approaches to the formation of the state civil service talent pool in line with the provisions of the Concept are analysed. The essence of innovative core mechanisms for forming the state civil service talent pool is elucidated.
